As we sit here writing the last blog post of 2021, we are incredibly thankful for the warmth, generosity, and CREATIVITY of the LCP family! On the 12th day of LCP, our family gave to us: HUNDREDS of submissions, of which we were able to publish approximately 50 spread out over 4 Loud Coffee Press Magazine issues! And don't forget, we are always open for submissions!
On the 11th day of LCP, our family gave to us: two new chapbooks! We launched a gorgeous special edition package of Welcome to Plexus by Glen Binger and The Whale is Both the Heart and the Head by Annie James Thomas!
On the 10th day of LCP, our family gave to us: 66 new purchases from Memento Amore, our online shop!
On the 9th day of LCP, our family gave to us: a TEDx talk on how to defeat imposter syndrome in your creative life, where Annie did the talk and Fred did the art!
On the 8th day of LCP, our family gave to us: 51 cups of "Buy Us a Coffee!" This kept us virtually caffeinated all year long!
On the 7th day of LCP, our family gave to us: new friends in Indie It Press, who allowed us to share their platform and teach about how to defeat imposter syndrome in your creative life!
On the 6th day of LCP, our family gave to us: the 2nd Annual Haiku Contest, themed around Sound or Silence, featuring winner Kimberly Glanzman!
On the 5th day of LCP, our family gave to us: the 2021 Summer Microfiction Contest, featuring winners Brook Bhagat and Josh Dale!
On the 4th day of LCP, our family gave to us: 52 brand new blog posts, for a running total of 137 posts (including this one)!
On the 3rd day of LCP, our family gave to us: a new friend in Fausta Joly, who graciously allowed us to co-host our very first poetry workshop!
On the 2nd day of LCP, our family gave to us: the ability to work on Eight Bells Bluff, a game for writers, with dedicated launch in 2022.
On the 1st day of LCP, our family gave to us: two extremely grateful, humble, and blessed editors: Fred Charles, and Annie James Thomas. We could not do this without all of you, your unending support, and generosity. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. We wish you a healthy, happy, productive, and creative 2022.
